Maus Family Automotive is currently seeking a Receptionist to become an integral part of our team! Maus is a rapidly growing auto group in the Tampa Bay area! We have full benefits, a 401(k) plan with company participation, and a great faith-based, family atmosphere! 

The Receptionist is responsible for establishing relationships with customers and assisting customers with their vehicle purchase. This position engages with every customer during the sales and delivery process, and follows-up with every customer following the sale.  They will work closely with the sales team as well as assist in the showroom greeting guests, answering phones, and other tasks as needed.  Monthly bonuses are available based on store performance.  This position will report to the Retention Manager.

Job Summary/General Accountabilities:

• Greets customers in the showroom
• Answers phones and operates switchboard telephone system.
• Communicates with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
• Directs customers to the proper department and follows up in a timely manner.
• Assists the manager with various clerical duties as needed
• Assists customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
• Performs car deliveries and helps customers set up their NCAR 
• Works with the Retention Manager to make sure we retain customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem solving
• Service orientation

Job Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience a plus!
• Must by 18 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
