As we expand, we’re looking for a Processing Assistant to support our Loan Officer Assistant and help maintain smooth and efficient loan processing from submission to closing.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Processing Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our loan operations by handling key administrative tasks, tracking loan progress, and ensuring compliance with all necessary guidelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to grow within the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Assist the Loan Officer Assistant in gathering, reviewing, and organizing mortgage application documents.

✔️ Verify the accuracy and completeness of loan files, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

✔️ Maintain and update loan files in the company’s processing system.

✔️ Track loan statuses and follow up on outstanding conditions to help expedite approvals.

✔️ Order and follow up on appraisals, title reports, and other required documents.

✔️ Coordinate and schedule loan closings.

✔️ Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and general office tasks.

✔️ Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

What We're Looking For

✅ Previous experience in mortgage processing, banking, or administrative support preferred but not required.

✅ Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
