Job Title : Senior Java Developer / Performance Engineer

Location : Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Type : Full-time (Not open for C2C)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with expertise in performance tuning and profiling. YourKit , JProfiler , or similar Java profiling tool experience is required. The role involves analyzing performance issues, optimizing code, and improving application scalability.

Key Requirements :

  • Strong Java development skills (Java 8 ).
  • Proficiency with YourKit , JProfiler , or similar profiling tools.
  • Knowledge of JVM internals, garbage collection, and multithreading.
  • Experience identifying and resolving memory and CPU performance bottlenecks.

Preferred Skills :

  • Familiarity with tools like VisualVM or Eclipse Memory Analyzer.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or system performance tuning.
