Job Title- Business Analyst

Location- Full Time

Job Type- Irving, TX

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories.
Work closely with web development teams to design, implement, and test web applications.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit feedback and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring successful adoption of web applications.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a web development environment.

Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and development frameworks.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
