Job Summary
Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage the relationship and service client needs of an existing book of clients.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met accurately and timely.
- Responsible for thorough account reviews at renewal and at notice of operational changes.
- Provide ongoing and annual coverage gap analysis.
- Document coverage recommendations.
- Foster strong relationships with our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Experience
- Current direct client commercial insurance service experience
- Solid technical knowledge of commercial coverages, all lines of business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively for self and others
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Strength in working as a team
- Valid Minnesota Insurance license
- Be internally driven and passionate about life
- Be hungry to learn, humble in your ways and just plain smart
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
