Production Coordination : Ensure production schedules and targets are met by coordinating team efforts and resources.Monitor the production process, making adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
Quality Assurance : Ensure that products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process and finished products.Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues or non-conformances.
Safety Compliance : Promote a culture of safety within the team, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines.Conduct safety briefings and training sessions for team members.Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor or safety officer.
