Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate

Maxima Racing Oils is a race-inspired, product driven company. We formulate, develop, manufacture and distribute high performance oils, lubes and ancillary products for the Powersports, 4 Wheel Race and Bike markets. Maxima is currently looking to fill a position to support our Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Team.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is able to contribute in a fast-paced environment. As a warehouse associate, you should be able to follow verbal and written instructions, maintain work areas and equipment and perform physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. The position requires physical handling of product, materials, supplies and general inspection (QC) of finished goods. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- General labor related to production of goods
- General labor related to shipping/pack-out/receiving/inventory, etc.
- Building pallets, lifting, moving/stacking cases up to 50 lbs.
- Organize and clean assembly space daily
- Other duties as requested
- Reliable mode of transportation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work in a team environment, reliable and dependable to complete work assignments
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to learn how to properly operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and/or forklifts
- Forklift certified a plus, proof required; or must be able to pass forklift certification on-site

SCHEDULE:
MON - THUR 6am - 5pm
Experience preferred but not necessary. Salary based on experience and qualifications.
