Job Description:
Job Title: Production Planner/Master Scheduler 2 (Swing Shift)
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Work Schedule: On-site
Rate: $52, Based on experience.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive manufacturing environment, 4-year degree preferred in Business Management or Engineering, experience in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry (or similar).
-Demonstrate the ability to operate in a regulated industry with working knowledge of ISO and regulatory restrictions.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in operating/evolving advance planning systems such as -Adexa, JDA, SAP 09, Kinaxis, AS400 or Oracle.
-Advanced MS Office skills, knowledge of vlookup, Pivot tables, macro recordings, data tables, charting, data sorting segregation and formula auditing.
-Present ideas effectively in formal and informal situations.
-Conveys thoughts clearly and concisely.
-Ability to respond to detailed inquiries, and present information to groups and senior management.
-Manage department customization transaction Tcode enhancements for business needs.
Ability to communicate in a succinct and organized manner, appropriate for context, time and place.
-Advanced SAP/ERP experience, troubleshoot IT issues that surface with little to no assistance from business applications. Manage department customization transaction Tcode enhancements for business needs.
-Professional knowledge of business disciplines production planning and supply chain management.
-Ability to perform with greater autonomy and judgment, receiving general supervision from senior management.
-Highly data-based: critical thinker; proven data aptitude and attention to detail.
-Due to the speed and rate of change occurring in this manufacturing environment, must be able to problem solve and think autonomously, remain Flexible, adjustable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
-Exposure to low volume, high complexity capital equipment or high volume, low complexity products.

-Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully.
-APICS & Six Sigma certifications a plus.
