Interview: 2 rounds. 1^st Teams, 2^nd In-Person (candidate must come for an in-person interview at own expenses)

-           Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements

-           Ability to lead meetings, conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations

-           Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project

-           Experience with Azure DevOps; including creating User Stories and queries

Tasks:

 Facilitates meetings with the technical team and business client.

 Gathers requirements and project specifications by leading requirement sessions independently

 Maintain backlog of work items in Azure DevOps

 Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication between business product owner and development team associated with the Change Management lifecycle

 Track sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps

 Ensures the team is adhering to the department change management policies

 Acts as a liaison with State of Michigan auditors

 Maintains documentation on the project SharePoint Site.

 Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker

 Provide management with information such as project status reports and resource demand projections.

5 yrs required - Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements

5 yrs required - Experience in a role, as a business analyst, supporting a software development project, in the past 5 years

5 yrs required - Ability to lead meetings, conduct training & information sessions, communicate at a level appropriate to the audience, make oral and written reports and presentations

3 yrs required - Proficiency with MS Office

2 yrs required - Experience working as a liaison between the development team and project manager or business client in a software development project

2 yrs required - Knowledge and understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

6 Months desired - Project management skills and knowledge in project management and related methodologies
