Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils, ensuring all are clean and sanitized
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing station and overall kitchen
Restock clean kitchenware and service ware in proper locations
Assist with kitchen cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
Support the culinary team with basic prep tasks when needed
Uphold all health and safety standards in accordance with company and local guidelines
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
Willingness to learn basic food prep tasks is a plus
Skills and Qualities:
Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
Attention to cleanliness, detail, and organization
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the kitchen team
Punctual, trustworthy, and takes pride in their role
