- 4 years of sophisticated commercial "dirt" real estate transactional experience : acquisitions / dispositions, financing, leasing, development, joint ventures;
- Strong academic credentials and communication / writing skills;
- Self-starter and team player mentality;
- Admission to New York Bar required.
