The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience with Co-op/Condo Law matters and commercial and/or residential real estate transactions
- An interest in expanding knowledge and experience in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions/dispositions, development, financing, leasing, and Co-op/Condo Board representation
- Admission to New York bar required.
