Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Digital Asset Coordinator to manage and enhance our digital asset process. As a Digital Asset Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing, organizing and distributing our digital assets to both internal and external teams.

Asset Management :

Help establish a new digital asset management system, including organization of assets, naming conventions, custom tagging, and metadata standards.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all digital assets, including customer-facing product images, photo and video catalogs by brand, design assets, and marketing materials.
Conduct regular audits to identify and address any gaps or inconsistencies in the asset library.

Image Management :

Collaborate with the creative, content, and third-party channels teams to develop image briefs and guidelines for outsourced photography and post-production services

Streamline and optimize the file distribution process between internal and external teams.

Manage the naming, tagging, storage, and distribution of assets within Dropbox, DAM system, and between teams.

Asset Organization and Retrieval :

Develop and implement efficient systems for organizing and retrieving digital assets.

Ensure easy access to assets for internal teams and external partners.

Collaborate across departments to maintain a secure and reliable digital asset management system.

Metadata Management :

Create and maintain accurate metadata for all digital assets, including keywords, descriptions, and copyright information.

Implement a consistent metadata tagging strategy to improve search and retrieval capabilities.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital asset management, ideally within the furniture or retail industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for asset management.

Experience in creating image briefs and working with outsourced creative teams.

Knowledge of digital asset management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized and detailed-oriented
