Maintenance Technician II
Join a renowned and rapidly growing Property Management Team! We are currently seeking a highly-motivated, self-starter for our maintenance department.
Qualified candidates must be able to perform various duties aimed at maintaining and enhancing the apartment community. Ideal candidates must possess an aptitude for general building maintenance, custodial & grounds will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of your assigned apartment community.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the property's maintenance including but not limited to the physical grounds, preventive, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, carpentry, painting, refurbishing, plumbing, electricity, appliances, make readies and some A/C experience.

REQUIREMENTS
- Own basic tools
- Bilingual preferred
- Weekends , On Call & OT
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, simple correspondence and memos.
- Ability to write simple notes and to fill out a Maintenance Service Request.
- Ability to communicate with residents and other employees.

- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las instalaciones del parque.
- Realizar reparaciones eléctricas, mecánicas y de plomería.
- Realizar inspecciones regulares de las instalaciones para detectar problemas y realizar reparaciones necesarias.
- Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas comunes del parque.
- Realizar tareas de jardinería y mantenimiento de áreas verdes.
- Realizar tareas de pintura y mantenimiento de estructuras y edificios.
- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento de piscinas y áreas de recreación.
- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento de equipos y maquinaria.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de instalaciones.
- Conocimientos básicos de electricidad, mecánica y plomería.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y seguir instrucciones.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente al aire libre y en condiciones climáticas adversas.
- Capacidad para levantar objetos pesados y realizar tareas físicas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
