We are now seeking a part time Clinic Nurse. This position is responsible for excellent patient care, assisting in a safe and compliant working environment, and delivering accurate and complete patient charting, conducting pre and post-operative visits, and fostering a spirit of teamwork.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assists in all aspects of a clinical environment
- Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA and OSHA
- Performs nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency
- Communicates effectively with team
- Documents clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately
- Ensures the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times
- Consistently follows policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Increases physicians' and or providers' overall patient retention
- Provides back-up support for other clinical staff as necessary
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- BLS or ACLS (ACLS preferred)
- RN Licensure
- 2-4 Nursing Degree
- 2-3 yrs work experience in related field
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, medical spa
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently, sometimes with little information while being a great collaborator.
