Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will anticipate and respond to customer inquiries for the Warehouse Solutions division to strive to exceed all expectations. Coordinate efforts with all required departments to provide superior customer service.
Requirements
- Enter new projects into Netsuite
- Maintain organized records, logs, and shared files
- Working with Legal to review customers PO’s
- Assist in managing all project scope, specifications, and schedule changes
- Assist in all aspects of a project before execution, including scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinating with customer for deadlines, deliverables and job scopes
- Prepare meeting agendas, distribute notes, and track action items
- Coordinate with Estimating and Purchasing teams for timely submissions and order processing
- Submit, Monitor, log, and track all RFQs and purchase orders
- Act as liaison between Account Managers, Estimators, Project Managers and customers as well as other business units
- Confirm timelines, delivery dates, and resource needs with leadership team
- Proactively escalate potential risks or delays to leadership
- Track physical and service deliverables to ensure alignment with customer expectations and on time deliveries
- Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel proficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm deliveries and communicate status updates
- Submitting and requesting invoices
- Working with customers portals, pay apps, & job scopes
- Other duties as required

Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Requires solid written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and planning skills are required
- Excellent math skills and overall PC literacy (Microsoft Office) are required
- Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined with the ability to multi-task
- Must successfully complete a criminal background check, physical, drug screen and E-verify
