Overview:
This role will support the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all Keystone workstreams, enabling leadership to drive scope, sequence, dependencies, and risk-informed decision-making.
The Schedule Analyst will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Keystone Integrated Master Schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams, technical teams, and executive stakeholders. The candidate will ensure schedule integrity, track progress, monitor variances, and support reporting for leadership and governance bodies.
Scope of Work:
Develop, update, and maintain the Keystone program schedule using MS Project. Integrate workstream-level plans (S2P, CLM, Data, Testing, Cutover, Change Management, PMO) into the enterprise-level IMS. Establish and manage dependencies, predecessors/successors, and critical path sequences. Conduct schedule health checks (logic, baselines, floats, constraints, over-allocations). Perform critical path, near-critical path, and what-if scenario analyses. Support development of weekly/monthly schedule dashboards, milestone burn-downs, and executive readouts. Track actuals vs. planned performance and identify variances or risks. Manage baseline schedules and support change control processes. Work closely with Program Leadership, Workstream Leads, and Matrix Team Leads to ensure schedule accuracy. Support risk/issue analysis with schedule impacts and mitigation strategies. Maintain audit-ready documentation for key milestones and decision gates. Facilitate schedule review meetings with leads and cross-functional teams. Support alignment with functional deployment sequencing, data migration waves, integration timelines, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Performance). Partner with the PMs and Scrum Masters to ensure schedule is synchronized with program governance and reporting cadence.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in scheduling or project controls on large-scale technology, ERP, or transformation programs.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Project and JIRA.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, WBS structure, critical path method (CPM), and dependency logic.
- Ability to review technical plans, translate them into schedule components, and validate accuracy with SMEs.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Workday, IFS) under a hybrid waterfall and agile SDLC methodology.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple concurrent workstreams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in federal contracting or professional services environments.
- Experience supporting Program Managers, Engineers, Developers, Testers, and PMOs.
- PMI-SP, PMP, or equivalent project management certification a plus.
Graphic designing experience is a plus
