What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical writer position at MbSolutions Inc?
As a technical writer, you are a key member of the Business Development Operations team; developing, writing, and finalizing responses to client and prospect RFIs. You coordinate the interaction between Business Development and key business leaders. Collecting the most pertinent and strategic content for RFIs/RFPs. You also maintain and improve upon RFI/RFP processes, while developing and managing the collective RFI/RFP content library.
What do you need to have?
- A Bachelor's degree in English
- Must have military experience
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in proposal writing in response to Federal and/or State Request for Proposals (RFP) and analyzing / understanding RFP requirements
- Demonstrated writing skills, including composition of effective and strategic RFIs, and RFP/RFQ.
- Applied analytical and strong organizational abilities and a dedication to quality and reliability in all work tasks.
- Ability to manage relationships.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure, while maintaining accuracy and detail.
- Basic project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.
