Construction Observer
We are seeking an experienced site civil field representative to join our Construction Administration Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of construction projects, from large-scale residential and commercial developments to intricate infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for observing the progress and quality of installation for site civil related construction (Sanitary Sewer Collection, Water Distribution, Stormwater Collection and Controls) on various site civil construction projects. The successful candidate must:
- Have experience with site civil construction to include; grading, erosion control, installation of underground utilities and stormwater control measures (SCM)
- Read site civil plans with an understanding of site civil work sequence
- Review provided contractor shop drawings for compliance with plan details and specifications for site civil components
- Communicate well with field construction personnel and design staff
- Clearly describe and document site progress in reports
- Observe standard utility testing required for municipal and regulatory authority compliance

Qualifications
- High school diploma or two-year degree in survey/construction related field
- Possess three or more years of experience in Site Civil Construction or five or more years of experience in Civil Engineering Design
- Valid TX driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test
- Ability to use basic programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
