As the Director of Certification & Accreditation, you’ll drive the development and delivery of impactful programs that shape careers and change lives. You’ll lead McAfee Institute’s portfolio of industry-recognized certifications and training programs, ensuring they remain innovative, engaging, and relevant in a rapidly evolving field. From designing curriculum to coaching professionals, your leadership will inspire excellence.

• Inspire Learning: Design and deliver transformative certification programs online, in person, and through video-based learning.
• Drive Innovation: Develop forward-thinking curriculum and course content that sets the standard for the industry.
• Ensure Excellence: Oversee accreditation efforts, renewals, and compliance, ensuring McAfee Institute remains a leader in the field.
• Empower Students: Mentor, teach, and coach professionals, equipping them with tools to excel in law enforcement, intelligence, and investigations.
• Lead Development: Research, create, and record training programs weekly to expand McAfee Institute’s offerings.
  

• Champion Our Mission: Articulate the value of McAfee Institute’s certifications to prospective students and organizations.
• Launch Excellence: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to roll out new programs and drive enrollment.
• Position for Growth: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to ensure our offerings lead the industry.
  

• Forge Relationships: Build strategic partnerships with leaders in law enforcement, intelligence, and investigative communities.
• Be the Expert: Represent McAfee Institute at events, webinars, and conferences as the face of excellence in intelligence and investigative education.

Education:

• Required: Master’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, public health, or a related field.
• Preferred: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.

Experience:

• Required: 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the public or private sector, with a strong background in teaching and program development.
• Preferred: Deep expertise in law enforcement, intelligence, or investigative sectors.

• A competitive salary with uncapped bonuses (base salary: $80,000–$90,000; bonus potential: $50,000 annually).

This is a full-time, onsite position (45 hours/week) in Chesterfield, MO. While typical hours are 8:15 AM–5:15 PM, you’ll need to be available for occasional on-call support to meet student and organizational needs. Travel as needed.
