Certifications & Training
- Inspire Learning: Design and deliver transformative certification programs online, in person, and through video-based learning.
- Drive Innovation: Develop forward-thinking curriculum and course content that sets the standard for the industry.
- Ensure Excellence: Oversee accreditation efforts, renewals, and compliance, ensuring McAfee Institute remains a leader in the field.
- Empower Students: Mentor, teach, and coach professionals, equipping them with tools to excel in law enforcement, intelligence, and investigations.
- Lead Development: Research, create, and record training programs weekly to expand McAfee Institute’s offerings.
- Champion Our Mission: Articulate the value of McAfee Institute’s certifications to prospective students and organizations.
- Launch Excellence: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to roll out new programs and drive enrollment.

Education:
- Required: Master’s degree in criminal justice, business administration, public health, or a related field.
- Preferred: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
Experience:
- Required: 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in the public or private sector, with a strong background in teaching and program development.
- Preferred: Deep expertise in law enforcement, intelligence, or investigative sectors.
