ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check in and out truck divers by inputting their shipment or delivery of goods correctly in our YMS computer

system (THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS ENTERED CORRECTLY).

• Check trailer seals when trucks are leaving with finished product.
• Print all weights to produce loads loaded and empty.
• Call the Distribution Center (DC) with every load so we can dispatch the driver to the correct dock door or

send them to the drop yard to wait.

• Give maps to drivers and show them which location to proceed to.
• If a department is not ready for the driver, the clerk will issue a pager to the driver.
• Fill out produce tickets for dry bean deliveries.
• Check over all fresh produce tickets to verify information is correct before sending to be allocated.
• Other duties may be assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to

communicate with others orally.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions,

and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
