Paralegal - Immigration The Immigration Practice Group at McCandlish Holton provides visa services and "day-to-day" immigration advice to businesses, colleges and universities, school systems, professors and researchers, and individuals across the country and around the world. We advise U.S. and foreign clients on all aspects of obtaining U.S. work visas as well as the hiring and transfer of international personnel.
We are seeking candidates who are detail oriented, energetic, accurate and able to handle a high volume of work in this busy, fast-paced department.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate, through previous experience, the ability to quickly respond to tight, often changing, deadlines. Must have intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office.
Paralegal experience is not required for the right person who fulfills our requirements above.
College degree is preferred with one year of work experience.
