McCarthy Auto Group is looking to add a Title Clerk to their dynamic team! We are seeking someone who has previous title/accounting experience.
Schedule: 4 (four) 10-hour days
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receives all deals, New and Pre-owned Sales
- Verifies all required paperwork is in each deal
- Files liens as required
- Prepares paperwork for the customer
- Handles all trades in
- Calls for lien releases and does title follow-up
- Handles customers calls
- Dealer trades
- Any other tasks from supervisor
- Train new Clerks as we grow
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule
- Must be organized and detail oriented
- Experience with Missouri and Kansas titles
- Prefer accounting, billing and/or title experience
- Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Mathematical aptitude
