Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Associate at McCarty Equipment Co., Ltd. in Odessa, TX. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, operating forklifts, and using pallet jacks to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently.
Qualifications
- Shipping & Receiving, Packing, and Unloading skills
- Experience in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack usage
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
