Job Title: RV Shop Foreman
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RV Shop Foreman to join our team. As an RV Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our RV service department. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the RV service department
- Assign work orders to technicians and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Train and mentor technicians to improve their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their RV repairs
- Order parts and supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RV service and repair
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Must have a valid driver's license
