Overview
RGA is seeking crew members to join our maintenance team. This is a great opportunity to gain behind the scenes knowledge and experience of what it takes to maintain a public golf course.
Successful candidates will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and his assistants. Benefits include (full time only) health insurance, PTO, vacation, 401k, and free golf. Compensation will be discussed at time of hire.

Responsibilities
- Work outside in all weather conditions.
- Early morning shifts are standard and punctuality is of utmost importance.
- All aspects of golf course maintenance including but not limited to: mowing, string trimming, raking bunkers, course set up, pruning, sodding/sprigging, irrigation troubleshooting and repair, drainage repair, mulching, pine-strawing/landscaping edging, cart path repair, hand watering greens and various other maintenance practices.

- Experienced applicants will receive pay commensurate with applicable skill set.
- Golf course maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- Bentgrass management experience in the transition zone is a huge plus.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend.
- Must be able to carry out assigned duties in a safe and efficient manner.
Salary Range
Starting from USD $14.00/Hr.Salary : $14
