## Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Small Business Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping with payroll and sales tax experience. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow in the field of accounting.
## Responsibilities
· Reconciliation of accounts including bank, credit, and loan accounts
· Recording financial transactions and/or payroll data
· Processing accounts payable in a timely manner
· Preparing payroll and sales tax returns
· Preparing monthly financial statements
· Assisting with other duties as needed to support staff accountants and managers
## Experience
- 2 years of experience
### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, Quickbooks Desktop and QBO
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees and management
