Salary Range:   $19.00 - $20.00, Plus tips  

 McDonald Automotive Group is seeking Fulltime Barista Manager for our Audi / Mazda/ VW Café. This café is located within the automobile dealership.

Responsibilities 

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise Café staff. 
• Oversee scheduling of staff members and be able to quickly find replacements in the even of a staff member being sick or absent.
• Lead, develop, and models overall culture, values, mission, and value of the company.
• Consider yourself a “people person” and enjoy meeting others. Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
• Monitor budgets to ensure that the Café remains profitable. Actively find ways to lower operational costs while expanding the Café customer base.
• Monitor and maintain inventory.
• Work closely with customers to answer questions and listen to complaints regarding food quality and customer service before working to resolve those complaints promptly.
• Listen to customer preference and make suggestions for menu items.
• Deposit cash. Maintain sufficient rolled coin and small bills in safe.
• Keep the store clean and presentable, modifying checklists as needed to maintain a clean environment.
• Inventory and ordering.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with special considerations given to those with additional education. A degree in Business Administration or Business Management is preferred.
• Experience working in the food or hospitality industry. Managerial experience preferred. 
• Must have a food handler’s license and be aware of regulations concerning food health and safety.
• Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills

• Pass pre-employment checks (background and drug screenings)
