Position Description:  Assembly Technician  

Position Summary:   The Assembly Technician is a critical member of our team responsible for ensuring accuracy in parts assembly with a high attention to quality standards. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Assemble sheet metal with rivets and nut plates according to drawing data. 
2. All assemblies must conform to design data and Airforms quality standards. 
3. Ensure order fulfilment and deadlines are met.
4. Notify purchasing when hardware required for assembly is low. 

 Experience and Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with effective interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of independently managing small projects.
• Excellent memory retention for information and resourceful problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, reach overhead, climb stairs multiple times a day and lift up to 20 lbs. 
• Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
