In Pa our current office is located in Feasterville Trevose area is expanding operation and is adding Telemarketing Representative Positions to our team. We are opening a brand new flagship center city Philadelphia location, and are currently hiring qualified Telemarketing Representative, as well as filling numerous other positions for this new flagship office.

MCG Services is looking for Telemarketers Representatives who are responsible for identifying perspective clients while being able to sell a multitude of commercial lending and business loan products over the phone with integrity and excellence.
Telemarketers/Inside Sales Representatives
DUTIES:
• Conducting outbound campaign calling & prequalifying business owners and clients
• Creating customer interest, answering questions and determining customers’ needs through basic probing questions and introducing appropriate services and products.
• Identifying and qualifying potential clients and uncovering opportunities for our highly trained team Account Executives.
• Maintaining a large daily call volume of outbound calls
• Meeting sales quotas/objectives and posts daily sales results.
• Maintaining accurate production reports
• Ability to take direction, being trainable, cooperative, having a positive and team oriented attitude
OVERVIEW OF SKILLS
• Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
• Preferably a strong telemarketing/sales background.
• Solid communication skills
• Ability to deal with rejection, remain motivated and maintain appositive attitude
• Must be extremely well spoken,
• Must excel at phone sales skills and be a driven individual
• Must know how to overcome objections and generate the client’s interest
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent telephone & oral communication skills: All qualified candidates must be mature-minded individuals with a talent for communicating professionally on the telephone.
• Must have an outgoing personality, not fearful of rejection
• Ideal candidates must demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and achieve appointment-setting goals.
• Strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast pace environment with flexibility to change.
• High energy, self-motivated, competitive individuals who can create interest in our products and services.
• Willingness to accept a commission based position
• Experience with outbound telephone sales and/or telemarketing a plus.

• At least two years of telemarketing/sales related experience.
