Job Responsibilities
· Build and nurture relationships to build a strong and stable clientele for life
- Exhibit consultative selling skills
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Take meticulous notes on all client interactions, for both in-person and phone conversations
- Continuously develop product and sales business acumen to become fluent on all things Toyota
- Know the ins and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
- Provide high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/pre-owned vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Report directly to the Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
Pay: $50,000 - $100,000 potential per year

Experience:
- No automotive sales experience necessary but preferred.
- Prior customer service experience
