The Finance Manager is required to review each customer’s credit application, present financing options, and prepare the delivery documentation.
What Success Looks Like:
- Determining the customers needs for finance and payment options.
- Present service contracts, Gap Coverage, and other beneficial programs.
- Prepare paperwork accurately and finalize financial traction in a legal and ethical manner.
- Achieve monthly forecasts for Finance and Insurance income, penetration levels, and customer service.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating price, competing sales or purchase contracts, explain provisions, explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing.
- Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with customers, suggesting trade ins, meeting prospects at community activities, responding to inquires and recommending sales.

- Retail or customer service experience. Sales experience a plus
