McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson has an immediate need for a Sales Consultant to join their growing team.
We have been busier than ever, and our sales team is full of success. If you like working with people, keeping busy, and getting paid for your hard work, this is the job for you.
All employees will now start with 80 hours of Paid time off for the first year (prorated) with increases with more years of service.
We introduced a Parental leave policies for both mothers and fathers, as well as other added benefits to help make taking time for you easier.
Sales Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life.
- Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Sales Qualifications
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Positive Attitude
- Great customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new product knowledge
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record.
- Previous car knowledge or car sales experience not needed. We have a great mentor and training program.
Average Sales people make over $6000, our top sales people are making over $12,000 a month. Minimum guarantee provided regardless of sales.
