- Execute all general HVAC in-home service calls efficiently
- Cultivate customer relationships to recommend the most suitable products and services
- Pose relevant lifestyle questions to diagnose heating and cooling system issues
- Provide guidance to customers in selecting optimal finance options and maintenance plans
- Educate customers on replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems

- Licensed with comprehensive knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them on the job
- EPA Universal License
- Established track record in heating and cooling systems, including proficiency in drawing simple diagrams and reading blueprints
- Maintain a clean, safe driving record
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Exhibit high integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to forge strong connections
