One of the things we're most proud of is the close relationships we've built with our recurring patients. We see many of the same faces every month (or every 2-4 months), which allows us to develop a real understanding and rapport with those we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care within your scope of practice
- Perform minor procedures, including joint injections and abscess drainage
- Conduct routine check-ups to patients, including pap smears
- Collaborate with our team to plan for patient care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state health information privacy laws
- Record and update patient information and medical histories, with a focus on thorough and timely charting

- Addiction Recovery: We provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals seeking recovery.
- Mental Health: We offer care and support for mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, helping our patients find balance and wellbeing.
- Weight Loss: We offer medically assisted weight loss options, such as Phentermine and Semaglutide injections.
- Medical Cannabis: We offer consultations and care for patients using medical cannabis to treat a variety of ailments.
- Hypertension: We take a comprehensive approach to managing hypertension, including lifestyle modifications and medication management.
- Family/General Wellness: We're passionate about preventive care and promoting health and wellness for all our patients.
Working with our patient population, particularly those working towards recovery from substance abuse, can be challenging yet deeply rewarding. Qualifications:
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minumum of 1 year working as a Nurse Practitioner
- DEA license
- CPR certification
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- A strong sense of ethics and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential patient information
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Experience with joint injections, pap smears, and minor procedures
- Experience in addiction recovery and psychiatry is a plus, but is not required
- Fluency in Spanish would be a great addition to our team, but is not required.
SCHEDULE:

Our clinic currently operates Monday to Friday, with our core hours being from 8:20 AM to 5:00 PM (the last patient is at 4:40, so the end time varies slightly).
