DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
* Analyze and interpret contracts and contractual scopes to ensure adherence.
* Create detailed project execution plans and schedules, including short-term interval scheduling for various trades.
* Compile and assess equipment and material submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
* Oversee procurement activities for materials and equipment and manage subcontractor contracts effectively.
* Efficiently manage project resources, including materials, equipment, tools, subcontractors, and information.
* Create and forward Requests for Information (RFIs) to the project's design team.
* Implement robust cost control measures, utilizing internal accounting systems and managing change orders.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality work and consistent performance across all project tasks.
* Collaborate with the project team to facilitate communication with general contractors, architects, engineers, and owners.
* Support project start-up, commissioning, and owner training processes.
* Provide assistance and guidance to field crews to ensure project success.
* Promote a culture of safety awareness through training and communication efforts.
* Handle warranty administration for completed projects.
* Actively participate in marketing and promoting the company's full cycle of services.
* Embrace and uphold the company's core values and operational procedures.
* Foster the growth and development of Co-op team members through mentorship and guidance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field, or a minimum of a high school diploma with 5 years of experience in construction supervision within the mechanical trades.
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint),
