Position Overview:
The Special Education Preschool Teacher is responsible for delivering individualized instruction to preschool-aged children (ages 3–5) with diverse learning, emotional, or physical disabilities. The role involves developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote each child's development.
Key Responsibilities:

IEP Development & Implementation: Design and execute IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs, aligning with Indiana state standards and federal regulations.
