McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, recently transitioned from McLeod Addictive Disease Center, was founded in 1969 in Charlotte. It has since grown to be the largest provider of comprehensive substance use disorder treatment in western North Carolina. From initial assessment to customized aftercare, McLeod Centers provides compassionate, steadfast support for our patients’ healing journey. McLeod Centers for Wellbeing is currently accepting applications for a Full-time Front Office Coordinator to work in its MAT program in Monroe. The program hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
What does this position do for the agency? The position is responsible for the following, with other duties as assigned:

Serve clients in person at the desk and over the phone.

Enter/update client demographic information in Avatar as appropriate.

Direct clients to the appropriate clinician for services.

Facilitate client fee payments.

Verify Medicaid eligibility as needed.

Sort mail and incoming/outgoing faxes

Prepare and maintain client records.

Order inventory.

Complete other administrative and clerical tasks as necessary.
What kind of education and experience is needed?
Minimum High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. Preferred three years' experience of customer service, reception and administrative duties. Effective skills in typing, filing, computers, computer software, and verbal communication skills with clients and peers.
What does full time mean?
