The ideal candidate will assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure an excellent patient experience. This position does not require a license, but experience in optical dispensing or a related field is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet their optical needs and lifestyle preferences.
- Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes and ensure proper lens fitting.
- Provide education and guidance on eyewear care, lens types, and frame styles.
- Handle and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean optical dispensary area.
- Process eyewear orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform adjustments and minor repairs on eyeglasses.
- Collaborate with optometrists and other staff to provide seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
