Function & Responsibility
Compiles and maintains accounts receivable records.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
· Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting clients via telephone, email, and mail.
· Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
· Prepare analytical and ratio analysis relevant to A/R so management can gain a better understanding of how collection efforts are progressing.
· Prints all accounts receivable reports and maintains all accounts receivable files.
· Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
· Assists in monthly closings.
· Support other accounting and finance team members.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
· High school graduate with two to three years’ work experience.
· Two to Four years experience handling the job responsibilities outlined above.
