Job Description
MDG Design and Construction LLC, an affordable housing developer, with over 30 years of excellence and industry leader real estate firm that develops and constructs high quality affordable housing, based in Woodbury, NY seeks a Payroll Analyst to work on Prevailing Wage projects.
Responsibilities:
- Review certified Payroll reports
- Written/verbal communication with Subcontractors and field personnel. Support and assist them throughout the Project with any problems they are having
- Obtain and review submittal of Union fringes and apprentice paperwork when applicable
- Track and record information on various Excel spreadsheets compiled from the review of the Certified payroll reports
- Administrative duties including scanning, copying, labeling and filing
- Co-ordinate and notify Subcontractors of mandatory meetings
Job Requirements: Applicant must love to work with numbers, be detail oriented, dependable and professional Must be willing to maintain, adhere to and enforce policies and procedures

- Applicant must have strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions
- The successful applicant will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the construction industry and LCP Tracker System is a plus.
