Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals Manufacturer seeking a Project Manager to join the team.
- Experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, miscellaneous metals. Including materials, fabrication processes and methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering, delivery methods.
- strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced fluid environment without supervision
- Proficiency with reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications
- General oversight with submittals
- Direct contact for customers- excellent problem-solving skills
- Assist with estimating change orders
- Collaborate with Production Manager on scheduling work and finished goods delivery
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Highly organized, accurate and detail oriented

Qualifications :
Education :
Minimum of associates degree in Drafting / Estimating or construction management
B.S. Civil Engineering or Construction management preferred
