MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Nurse Practitioner with experience in cosmetic injecting to take on the role of Medical Director for a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in Edmonton.
Mainly, you will serve as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments. This role requires approximately 23 hours of cosmetic injection work per week. Additionally, as the Medical Director, your responsibilities extend to supervising the clinic's operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and other support staff.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role as a cosmetic injector using Botox and dermal fillers.
- Advanced clinical skills and multiple years of cosmetic injecting experience.
- Superior knowledge of facial anatomy.
- Experience in the medical aesthetic industry and current trend knowledge.
- Spoken and written language fluency in English.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administering high-quality, clinically superior treatments including Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Laser treatments, and other Medical Aesthetics procedures.
Collaborating with the medical aesthetician and technicians to deliver effective, results-oriented aesthetic procedures.
Formulating comprehensive treatment plans through detailed patient consultations and collaboration with other treatment providers.
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient charting.
Continually updating skills through attendance at training sessions.
Earning Potential: Based on 3 day work week from a combination of commissions from your own services and those delegated to other Cosmetic Injectors a monthly administrative stipend.
Note: Earning potential depends on building a substantial client base through gradual dedication over time. Candidates must understand that results will evolve as the practice develops.
