The Health and Safety Council in Gonzales, Louisiana is currently looking for a in person Live Online Proctor to join their fast-growing department!
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekends
- High School Diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.)
- Ability to use Windows Microsoft Office programs and Internet Browsers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evening and weekend assignments.
- Must have 3 years Customer Service Experience
- MUST BE BILINGUAL
Job Description
- Checks in trainees and verifies identification prior to testing.
- Monitors trainees throughout training event online
- Explains the course and/or exam processes.
- Assists trainees with technical assistance related to course navigation.
- Reports suspected irregularities or trainee behavior to management immediately.
- Responsible for maintaining professional and respectful demeanor.
Schedule:
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK, Mon - Sun, 6am - 6pm (shifts will vary - candidate must be able to work weekends)
- WILL WORK 40 HOURS ONLY
Hourly Rate: $14/hr.
