Qualifications
Required Licenses
Kentucky, United States] Respiratory Therapist
Valid and Current KY Board of Respiratory Care
Required Certifications
BLS) Basic Life Support required one month from hire date
ACLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support six months from hire date
PALS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support six months from hire date
NRP) Neonatal Resuscitation Provider six months from hire date
