- Assist the Franchisee owners in daily operations and management of the Snap-On truck
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with sales and achieve sales targets
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly
- Providing technical guidance and support to customers as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- High school graduate
- Previous experience in sales and/or with mechanical equipment preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Valid drivers license
- Able to drive a 16-24' truck
- Lift and push 50 lbs
