- 2 years of experience working in technical support.
- Strong knowledge of computers, security, networks, printers, and systems administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, on the spot problem solving
- Reporting to the Manager of IT, the IT Support Specialist is responsible for responding to tickets related to hardware and software, managing accounts and device records, and coordinating equipment distribution.
- The IT Support Specialist will work collaboratively across departments to meet all IT needs.
- As part of this role, you should expect these responsibilities to be a part of your day-to-day:
- Triage and respond to tickets.
- Remotely support and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Communicate via ticketing system, virtual meetings, phone, email, and chat.
- Printer Maintenance and repair
- Configuration of New Computers and Hardware
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and devices.
- Coordinate the distribution of company equipment.
- Create and maintain documentation on our knowledge bases.
- Train users on secure use of technology
- Stay up to date with best practices in the IT industry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $17 - $18
