- Basic mechanical background preferred
- Positive attitude and self motivated
- Knowledge in industrial setting
- Use of a wide variety of tools, from hammers to wrenches, torches, welders, forklifts and more
- Troubleshooting skills with repair or replacement of broken parts or equipment
- Possess your own hand tools for fabrication and installation
- Be familiar and have knowledge with OSHA regulations and general safety guidelines
- Be able to lift 50 lbs independently
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Ability to work in East Dakota's, Western/Southern MN, and North Iowa

Hourly wage 26 to 29 based on experience. 150/day Per-dium offered if more than 50 miles from job.
