NPB Account Coordinator

Description

Summary/Objective

The Account Coordinator position is responsible for the development and maintenance of assigned accounts for the National Precision Bearing Sales group.

Essential Functions

• Evaluate customer requirements and communicate with Tech Sales and Sourcing and Inside Sales departments to ensure obligations are met.
• Enter accurate and timely sales orders and purchase requisitions into companys ERP system.
• Monitor web-based customer support portals for contract terms, quality specifications, on-time delivery, and supplier performance information as well as, communicate pertinent information to customer and NPB sales department as appropriate.
• Review customer forecasts and blanket order schedules to maintain required inventory levels.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, at times can be high.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalency; or two to three years of experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

Associates degree in business.
