Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Tax CPA. The Tax CPA will be responsible for overseeing the work performed by bookkeepers and tax preparers. They will also be responsible for faciliating meetings with clients to review tax returns and financial statements, and addess clients’ concerns pertaining the scope of work procided by our firm. The role involves conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and developing tax mitigation strategies. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, reviewing tax documents, corresponsing with clients, advising on tax planning, and collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive financial support to our clients.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification and experience in Accounting
- At least 3 years Experience preparing business tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065)
- At least 3 years experience working with Quickbooks online.
- Experience working in a CPA firm environment managing multiple clients.
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and handling Tax Preparation
- Strong Finance and accounting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
